You tell us!
Unlike our electronic devices, sometimes in order to recharge, we have to unplug!
Whilst the wonders of technology have advanced our way of life, being constantly connected can easily become very overwhelming. We interact with technology before, during, and after work. So, it’s no wonder with all of that information constantly streaming in, that our attention spans are becoming shorter, and we are suffering digital fatigue.
This virtual event is designed to explore your team’s relationship with technology and give you the tools to switch off effectively. You’ll learn to consciously control that voice in your head and develop a more positive relationship with your thoughts and emotions. They’ll be time to reflect on how you personally interact with technology each day, and what habits you may have developed subconsciously. With this information, you will then uncover evidence-based tools to help you turn down the volume on the noise of the digital world, and give you back some space within your own mind.
