Only certain experiences are compatible with these alternative platforms, and we’ll confirm availability when you book.
Do we need to download anything before the event?
No — all you need is a stable internet connection, a webcam, and the selected video-conferencing platform (usually Zoom).
What equipment do participants need?
A computer or laptop with a camera and microphone is ideal. We recommend avoiding mobile devices for the best experience.
What if someone’s internet connection drops out?
Our hosts are used to managing online events and will help reconnect participants quickly. The event continues smoothly while they rejoin.
Do you provide technical support before or during the event?
Absolutely. We provide pre-event setup instructions and have a dedicated support team to assist during the event if needed.

We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance to allow time for planning and customisation. However, we’re almost always able to accommodate last-minute bookings within 48 hours, depending on availability.
