You tell us!
Stress. It gets a pretty bad wrap, right? Interestingly though, it’s a normal human reaction that happens when you experience change or challenges. And, I’m here to tell you, that you can take control of those physical and mental responses you experience, and therefore how stressed you feel!
During this online session, your team will review the ways in which they individually experience the stress response. We’ll look at everyone’s individual stress triggers in their body and in their mind. We’ll look at the different ways in which we react to the stressors we experience throughout our day-to-day. Your team will learn the science of stress and how this impacts, both positively and negatively, our performance and our relationships. And finally, you’ll be taught various techniques such as grounding, mindfulness, and mindset practices that can be utilised to change your reaction to stress.
In an online session that gives you the power to harness your emotions and conquer stressful situations, this event benefits teams on all levels.
